About Alt F4

Who We Are

Alt F4 is a first-party merchant of record for digital game keys. That's a dry phrase for something simple: we're not a marketplace. There are no third-party sellers here. Every product on this site is bought by us, sold by us, and stood behind by us.

Alt F4 LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Missouri, United States, and has been since 2023. We're a small operation. We'd rather tell you that up front than have you work it out and wonder what else we were quiet about.

We sell to individual customers in the United States, for personal use.

What We Sell

Game keys and DLC for the major PC launchers — Steam, EA App, Microsoft Store, Epic Games, Battle.net and others — plus games for PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo.

Every product page shows its platform and region before you pay. That matters more than it sounds: codes are locked to the country your platform account is registered to, not to where you live, and a mismatch is the most common reason a code fails. We'd rather you see it on the page than find out at redemption.

Your key shows on your order page once your order is confirmed. Our Digital Delivery policy explains why we don't promise a delivery time: some orders get a manual check first, and we'd rather be right than fast.

Where Our Keys Come From

We buy from business-to-business suppliers. Our main supplier verifies the identity of every business that buys from it, including us. We're not buying from strangers, and we're not letting strangers sell through us.

Alt F4 LLC is an independent commercial reseller of digital codes. We are not an authorized distributor, affiliate, partner, or licensee of Valve Corporation, Electronic Arts, Ubisoft, or any other game publisher. Trademarks are used solely for nominative compatibility purposes. Keys do not include publisher-backed warranties or technical support.

Because our keys don't carry a publisher warranty, we back them ourselves.

Our Commitment

If a key doesn't activate, you choose: a replacement or a full refund. That's the Activation Guarantee, and it's funded by us. It doesn't depend on what our supplier does or doesn't do for us, which is the entire point of it.

We publish our policies for delivery, refunds, privacy, and fraud prevention, and we try never to make a claim we can't stand behind. That's why you won't find a security badge on this site, or a seal promising perfect safety, or a wall of reviews we haven't earned.
