Orders & Delivery

When your key arrives

Your key shows on your order page once your order is confirmed.

We don't promise a delivery time, and the reason is worth thirty seconds of your time. Two things happen between your payment and your key:

  1. Card payments are checked before they go through, and we only release your key once payment has completed.
  2. Some keys come through from our supplier a little after we buy them, rather than straight away.

So there is a small, real gap before it shows up. Some orders are checked by hand before we take payment, including every order Shopify flags as a high fraud risk. Those orders take longer. We may contact you to confirm the order, for example by asking for a photo of your ID. If we can't confirm it, we cancel it and you aren't charged. Calling that "instant" would be the easy thing to write and the wrong thing to promise. Full detail: Digital Delivery.

Where your key appears

Your key appears in two places:

  • On your order page, once your order is confirmed.
  • Any time after that, from your orders in your account.

We don't send keys by email. The email you get after ordering is your receipt.

If your key isn't showing yet

Some keys take a little while to come through from our supplier. Refresh your order page. If it still isn't there, email support@altf4.codes.

If you've paid and we can't get your key, we refund you in full, and you don't need to file a claim.

Pre-orders

We don't sell pre-orders. A game goes on sale here after its release date.

If your key hasn't arrived

  1. Check your order page in your account.
  2. Email support@altf4.codes. A person reads that inbox.

If we can't deliver, you get a full refund to your original payment method. If we cannot deliver within 30 days, you can cancel for a full refund. See Digital Delivery.

If your key arrived but doesn't work, that's a different thing and it's covered: Refunds & Guarantee.
