Description

In Rust, your primary objective is to survive. You arrive on a mysterious island with nothing but a rock and a torch. You must overcome environmental challenges like heat, cold, thirst, and hunger while scavenging materials for your needs. You explore abandoned settlements and monuments while avoiding wildlife, environmental hazards, and other survivors.

You design and build bases to store your loot, protect your territory, and manage island resources. The game features procedurally generated worlds, complex electrical, farming, and automation systems, and transportation including horses, modular cars, boats, and helicopters. You can also utilize musical instruments, engage in base raiding, and explore underwater areas or underground train networks. The game includes a Jungle biome, factions, and a Primitive game mode with siege weapons.
