1. How Delivery Works

Alt F4 sells digital game keys, including keys for downloadable content (DLC), that are delivered electronically. Every order is saved in your account, so you can sign in and open it to see your key again later.

Your key is delivered to your account once your order is confirmed. We don't promise a delivery time, and we'll tell you exactly why below.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard orders: Your key is delivered to your account on this site once your order is confirmed: sign in and open your order to reveal it.
  • Why we don't promise a time: For most orders, we obtain your key from our supplier once your payment has gone through, so it can take a little while to appear on your order page. Some orders are checked by hand before we take payment, including every order Shopify flags as a high fraud risk. Those orders take longer. We may contact you to confirm the order, for example by asking for a photo of your ID. If we can't confirm it, we cancel it and you aren't charged. We are not going to call that “instant.” See our Fraud Prevention policy for the full picture.
  • Pre-orders: We don't sell pre-orders. A game goes on sale here after its release date.

3. If Delivery Is Delayed

  • If your key hasn't arrived, sign in and open the order first, then email support@altf4.codes and we'll sort it. A person reads that inbox.
  • Right to a refund for non-delivery: If we can't deliver within 30 days, you're entitled to a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Product Accuracy and Region Compatibility

Every key we sell is covered by our Activation Guarantee. If a key does not activate on the platform and in the region stated on its product page, you choose — a replacement or a full refund, within 30 days of delivery.

If a product we sold as valid for your region (or as not region-restricted) fails to activate purely because of a region restriction, that is our error, and it is covered.

Many products are deliberately region-restricted, and this is clearly labeled on each product page. Please check the region tag before you buy. If you knowingly buy a key labeled for a region other than your own, that is outside the Activation Guarantee — the key is not defective; it is doing exactly what the label said it would do. When you add a region-restricted product to your cart, you will be asked to confirm you have reviewed the region requirement.

This activation guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not limit, replace, or exclude, any non-excludable statutory rights or consumer guarantees available to you under applicable local law.

5. Trade Compliance

Alt F4 sells to customers in the United States only. Our checkout is geo-restricted. All digital sales are subject to U.S. export regulations.

6. Activation Problems

Once a code has been revealed or delivered, it is considered used. If you hit an activation error — for example "invalid code" or "duplicate key":

  1. Email support@altf4.codes.
  2. Include your Order Number and a screenshot of the exact error message.

We verify claims within 2 business days — usually much sooner. If the key does not activate, you choose: a replacement, or a full refund. See our Refund Policy and our Activation Guarantee.
