Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you," "User") and Alt F4 LLC ("Alt F4," "we," "us"), a limited liability company organized in the State of Missouri, United States. By accessing this website, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Digital Delivery policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

  • Age: You confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
  • Location: Alt F4 sells to customers in the United States only. Our checkout is geo-restricted to the US.
  • Account accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
  • Account security: You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@altf4.codes of any unauthorized use.
  • One account: You may not maintain multiple accounts to evade suspensions, abuse promotions, or circumvent purchase limits.

2. What We Sell, and What We Are

  • What we sell: Alt F4 sells digital products — game keys, software license keys, gift card codes, and in-game currency codes — to individual consumers for personal use. We sell to end-user consumers only; we do not offer wholesale, resale, or distribution arrangements through this site.
  • What we are: Alt F4 is a first-party merchant of record. We are not a marketplace. There are no third-party sellers on this site. Every key is bought, sold, and stood behind by Alt F4 LLC.

Alt F4 LLC is an independent commercial reseller of digital codes. We are not an authorized distributor, affiliate, partner, or licensee of Valve Corporation, Electronic Arts, Ubisoft, or any other game publisher. Trademarks are used solely for nominative compatibility purposes. Keys do not include publisher-backed warranties or technical support.

  • License: On successful payment, you receive the right to redeem the code you purchased and to use the underlying product subject to the end-user license terms of the relevant publisher or platform. The publisher's or platform's own terms govern your use of the underlying product once activated.
  • Prohibited use: You may not resell or commercially redistribute products; reverse-engineer the site; use the site for fraud or other illegal activity; or use automated means to purchase or scrape inventory.
  • Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and may withhold delivery or refunds where fraud or abuse is reasonably suspected, subject to your rights under applicable law.

3. Orders, Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

  • Payment processing: Payments are processed through Authorize.net. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • Pricing and errors: Prices are shown in USD. In the case of an obvious pricing or description error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, even after an order is placed, to the extent permitted by law.
  • Processing fees: Certain payment methods may carry a transaction fee, displayed transparently at checkout rather than built into the product price.

4. Delivery and Pre-Orders

  • Standard delivery: Most orders are delivered within minutes. All orders are screened for fraud before payment is taken. Orders that are flagged are held for review and are neither charged nor delivered until they clear — see Fraud Prevention. Full details are in our Digital Delivery policy.
  • Pre-orders: Pre-ordered products are delivered on or shortly before the product's official release date, not at purchase. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the code is delivered to you.
  • Non-delivery: If we cannot deliver within 30 days (or, for pre-orders, within a reasonable period after the stated release), you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Region Restrictions and the Activation Guarantee

  • Our guarantee: Every key we sell is covered by our Activation Guarantee. If a key doesn't activate on the platform and in the region stated on its product page, you choose: a replacement or a full refund, within 30 days of delivery.
  • Region labeling: Many keys are region-restricted, and the region is stated on every product page and confirmed at add-to-cart. Please check it before you buy. If you knowingly buy a key labeled for a region other than your own, that is outside the Activation Guarantee — the key isn't defective, it's doing what the label said it would do.
  • Region mismatch on a key sold as valid for you: If we sold you a key as valid for your region and it fails purely on a region restriction, it is covered. Same remedy, same choice. See our Refund Policy.

This activation guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not limit, replace, or exclude, any non-excludable statutory rights or consumer guarantees available to you under applicable local law.

6. Trade Compliance

  • US-only sales. Alt F4 sells to customers in the United States. Our checkout is geo-restricted, and orders cannot be placed from outside the US.
  • Export law. Digital products are subject to US export laws, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). We restrict sales to the United States.

7. Warranties, Liability, and Indemnity

  • Warranty: Except as expressly stated in these Terms, our Refund Policy, and our Activation Guarantee, and except for the mandatory rights of consumers under applicable law, products are provided "as is." Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
  • Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, and without limiting any mandatory consumer rights, our aggregate liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product.
  • Indemnity: You agree to hold Alt F4 and its officers harmless from claims arising directly from your fraudulent acts or intentional misuse of the products.

8. Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution

  • Contact us first: Please raise any billing or product concern with us before initiating a chargeback, so we can resolve it directly. Filing a chargeback on a legitimate delivered order without contacting us may lead to account suspension — this does not limit your right to dispute genuinely unauthorized charges or to exercise statutory remedies.
  • Informal resolution: Most disputes can be resolved by emailing support@altf4.codes.

9. Governing Law and Venue

  • Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
  • Venue: Legal proceedings will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last Updated" date will reflect the revision. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. Contact us with questions.
