- Three Campaign Episodes: Experience a unified narrative across three distinct campaigns, playable solo or in co-operative mode with up to four players. The storyline continues the alternate history where Hitler, as a zombie, commands an army of the undead.
- Horde Mode: Engage in a wave-based survival mode across five dedicated maps. Players face increasingly difficult waves of zombie enemies, aiming for high scores and extended survival.
- Character Roster: Choose from eight playable characters, including four new female survivors. Each character is equipped with a unique set of skills and weapon proficiencies.
- Weaponry: Utilize an array of World War II-era firearms, including rifles, shotguns, submachine guns, and explosives. The game features the signature X-Ray Kill Cam from the Sniper Elite series, showcasing critical shots in slow motion.
- Enhanced Visuals and Audio: The trilogy features improved graphics, new animations, and remastered audio compared to its original releases. Lighting and environmental effects have been updated.
- Multiplayer Co-op: All campaign missions and horde mode maps are fully playable with 2-4 players online. Difficulty scales dynamically with the number of players.
