1348: Ex Voto

1348: Ex Voto is a cinematic action-adventure game set in a 14th-century Italy defined by political strife and rural exodus. You play as Aeta, a young knight errant traveling through a land plagued by banditry, mercenaries, religious zealots, and pestilence. Your goal is to find and save your closest one, Bianca.

During your journey, you explore locations ranging from medieval villages and castles to the mountains of the Appennino and the remnants of classical Rome. You engage in sword fighting combat based on Historical European Martial Arts. You use two different combat stances, one and two-handed, to overcome enemies. You find skill books to unlock combos and personalize your swordplay with weapon parts. Throughout the world, you search for trinkets and treasures to complete your collection.
