ANNO: Mutationem

ANNO: Mutationem takes place in a neon-covered cyberpunk world. You play as Ann, a combat-trained lone wolf on a personal mission to find her missing brother. Accompanied by her hacker sidekick Ayane, Ann navigates a giant metropolis filled with mega-corporations, mysterious fringe groups, and bizarre creatures. You explore diverse locations including Noctis Town, underground structures, and an off-shore cargo ship.

The game features 2D action and platforming alongside 3D exploration. You switch between these perspectives to interact with the environment. Ann fights enemies and bosses using swords, pistols, rocket launchers, and physical attacks. You can also craft and buy items, upgrade skills, and modify weapons with chips. Additional activities include chatting with a cyborg corgi, working as a bartender, and hunting criminals.
