Description

Beatbuddy: Tale of the Guardians follows an ethereal creature named Beatbuddy who awakens from sleep. He travels through lush, hand-painted environments to rescue his companions, Melody and Harmony, and secure his immortality. Along the way, he aims to stop the evil Prince Maestro. You are assisted by Clef, who provides comic relief during your journey.

The gameplay involves interacting with a living environment that pulses to the rhythm of an original soundtrack. You work with this setting and various creatures to solve puzzles and unlock new paths. The game consists of six hand-painted levels, each divided into five chapters. These areas feature unique locations and vivid color palettes. The soundtrack includes songs composed by Austin Wintory, Parov Stelar, Sabrepulse, and La Rochelle Band.
