Bezier

Bezier is a dual stick blaster located inside a massive computer constructed far underground. The plot follows the main character as he attempts to flee from a facility described as a Noah's Ark that has malfunctioned. While the surface experience functions as a shooter, the narrative explores connections between evolution, god, family, and love. These concepts challenge the protagonist and push him to determine what is real while seeking salvation.

The visual style uses the BezierSynth, which moves away from traditional rendering to create a fluid look influenced by the story, player actions, and the audio engine. An eighty minute musical score mixes orchestra, synthesizers, and ethnic instruments across fifteen zones. The game features voice acting and includes nearly one hundred unique enemy types.
