Capitalism 2 is a strategy simulation where you act as a corporate CEO to build a business empire. You make critical decisions across various sectors including retail, manufacturing, marketing, research, agriculture, mining, and real estate development. You choose from over 60 product types to manufacture and market. You also manage personnel by hiring or firing for positions such as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Technical Officer.

You can develop your own technology or acquire it from another company. You expand your corporation into a conglomerate by operating newspaper publishers, TV, and radio stations. A realistic stock market allows you to trade stock for profits or make long-term investments. You may also pursue mergers and acquisitions to expand rapidly. Multiplayer mode is functional.
