City of Chains

City of Chains is a dark sci-fi RPG set in a dystopian city. You guide a small group of escaped fugitives toward freedom. You decide whether to engage in combat, avoid fights, assist others, or pursue your own path. Your choices influence the fate of the city. The story follows Holt Allaway, an engineer framed for a crime by the government. After being imprisoned, Holt joins forces with a scientist named Chloe and an assassin named Lorelei. Guided by a mysterious individual known as Cai, the group flees a holding facility during a machine attack.

There are four leading protagonists, each possessing a unique skillset. You gain skill points by making progress to learn new skills and passive bonuses. You can approach enemies through direct combat, grenades, or evasion.
