Clawpunk

Clawpunk is a 2D action game with roguelite elements that features cat characters. You explore a cyberpunk-inspired world from the 1980s and 1990s. The game focuses on melee combat, though you can use ranged weapons to defeat enemies. You can destroy the environment as you navigate five distinct zones. The first four zones are accessible in any order from a central hub.

You choose from nine cat characters, each with unique base stats, primary weapons, and special attacks. These abilities recharge based on your performance as tracked by a combo counter. You can find and collect cards to permanently mutate and enhance the abilities of your cats. The game includes a scalable difficulty system and features a soundtrack of hard synth, metal, and industrial soundscapes.
