Description

Dead In Antares is a turn-based survival management game that includes RPG elements. You lead a team of ten specialists on an alien planet after their ship crashes due to a mysterious wormhole. Earth is dying, and your crew is the final hope for humanity to find resources. You must monitor their hunger, hydration, fatigue, and mental state.

You build a camp by repurposing wreckage and advanced technology found on the planet. By assigning tasks and upgrading work stations, you transform the crash site into an outpost. You explore the hand-drawn landscapes to uncover secrets while facing hostile forces in tactical combat. You can use the Power Surge, an ultimate skill unique to each character, to influence the outcome of battles. Every decision impacts your chances of survival.

Reviews

“There is a sense of quiet accomplishment and satisfaction in taking care of your crew; running and upgrading an efficient, self-sustainable camp; and finding a way to survive on a strange planet without anyone dying. I could happily remain here, finding comfort in these routine tasks.” Mashable “Combining a gorgeous pastel alien world with an engaging struggle for survival against the elements, hostile locals, and the crewmembers’ ever-depleting resources, I couldn’t put it down. Dead in Antares is beautiful in art style and sound, and delivers a resource management experience that will keep any genre fan happy.” Checkpoint Gaming “With Dead in Antares, Ishtar Games makes a solid and mastered return to its “Dead” series. By trading the viking lands for a hostile planet lost in the edge of outer space, the studio manages to cleverly renew its formula without betraying its DNA.” ActuGaming
