Ecosystem

Ecosystem is a simulation game about life where you create virtual organisms. These lifeforms develop through a deep simulation of evolution, growing from synthetic DNA within a physically-simulated ocean. This DNA determines skeletal structures, mental processors, and combat capabilities. The nervous system of each creature functions as a pipeline computer, processing data from sense organs to contract muscles and move through the water.

You release lifeforms into the environment with random bodies and brains. As they swim and reproduce, natural selection favors those that move effectively. You can also utilize a suite of tools to force specific traits in your species. The simulation includes an in-depth combat layer where creatures use electrical attacks or poisonous spikes. Each organism has combat statistics that define its role in the food chain.
