Fallout: New Vegas — Ultimate

Fallout New Vegas is set in and around New Vegas, a desert oasis where the right person with the right weaponry can make a name for themselves. You navigate a landscape filled with dreamers and desperados caught in a conflict between warring factions. As you travel across the Mojave Wasteland, the Hoover Dam, and the Vegas Strip, you encounter a variety of characters, creatures, and enemies. You must choose sides in a brewing war or attempt to seize control for yourself.

You utilize special weapons and melee combat moves to fight your way through the desert. The game includes a Companion Wheel for managing allies and a Reputation System that tracks the results of your decisions. You can use V.A.T.S. to pause time during fights and target specific enemy body parts. Hardcore Mode is available to increase the difficulty.
