Farlanders

Farlanders is a turn-based city builder where you establish a Martian colony. You create a living space for your citizens, research alien artifacts, and uncover secrets on the Red Planet. To build a self-sustaining society, you construct residential areas and resource-producing factories. You establish farms, harness solar power, and mine minerals. The position of each building provides bonuses, such as wind turbines placed near mountains generating more electricity.

You can expand underground to find more space, rare minerals, and artifacts. Use turn-based terraforming kits to shape the landscape, such as placing water tiles in canyons to create fertile land. Each playthrough features a procedurally generated map with unique weather conditions, trading proposals, and terraforming patterns. You must plan your building placements and terraforming choices carefully.
