Description
FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage is a racing game centered on destructive action. You compete in classes to earn the title of champion. You drive vehicles constructed from more than 40 deformable parts. Each track contains over 8,000 destructible objects. You race across environments including parched deserts, storm drains and city streets.
The game includes modes such as Deathmatch derby, Carnage Race and Head-on races. You can launch your ragdoll character through the windshield into mini-games like basketball nets, bowling pins and rings of fire. You may also launch the other driver through their windshield. The game utilizes a physics engine and real-time environment mapping to show scratches and dents on vehicles. Dynamic shadow maps are applied to every 3D object on the track.
Who it's for
If you enjoy fast driving and high-impact vehicle destruction, this title offers plenty of intensity. Players who appreciate physics-based gameplay, diverse racing environments, and chaotic mini-games featuring ragdoll mechanics will find this experience engaging as they progress through three distinct competition classes.
