Description
Journey of a Roach is a 3D point and click adventure set in a post-apocalyptic world. Following a nuclear war, the earth is covered in barren, lifeless wastelands. However, mutated insects have claimed a bomb shelter as their home. You control Jim, a roach, as he and his friend Bud travel toward the surface. Along their journey, they encounter various bizarre and ludicrous insects.
You navigate through the bomb shelter by crawling along walls and ceilings. This movement mechanic allows for specific puzzle designs. The game features an atmospheric comic style. Jim and Bud communicate through nonverbal means using speechballoons. As you explore the secret underground, the soundtrack provides a post-apocalyptic mood. The game includes two charming protagonists.
