Last Train Home

Last Train Home follows a mission to guide Czechoslovak soldiers home on an armored train through a war-torn wasteland. You navigate a brutal civil war between the Red and White Armies across the landscape of Siberia. Your unit manages limited resources and maintains morale while facing the freezing cold and a merciless environment.

You command soldiers in real-time battles to complete diverse objectives using planning and combat skills. You direct your crew in non-combat roles on the train, including crafting items, healing the wounded, and restoring morale. You upgrade the locomotive and carriages to unlock the potential of your armored transport. By training and equipping your men, you help them rise through the ranks. Your decisions throughout the journey determine the fate of the Czechoslovak Legion.
