Mafia: The Old Country

Mafia: The Old Country follows the story of Enzo Favara in the brutal 1900s Sicily underworld. You play as Enzo, a man aiming to become a member of the Torrisi crime family. His journey involves facing power, temptation, and hardship. You navigate the rugged countryside and urban alleyways of a treacherous Mediterranean setting.

In this third-person action-adventure, you engage in combat using a stiletto blade or various firearms like a lupara sawed-off shotgun. You encounter unpredictable allies and cutthroat enemies while rival families fight turf wars. In this era, mafiosi patrol their protection rackets on foot, on horseback or in turn-of-the-century motorcars. You live through Enzo's descent into the clandestine criminal underworld. You must prove your worth to the family to survive.
