Description
Monster Train 2 is a roguelike deckbuilder where you defend your Pyre using three-tiered, vertical gameplay. Powerful Titans have taken control of Heaven, forcing a makeshift alliance between former angels and demons. You command these clans aboard newly forged trains, traveling through Hell, Heaven, and the Abyss to defeat the Titans. You choose from five clans, each featuring unique strengths to forge strategies. You recruit units, upgrade cards, and defend against enemy factions across three vertical levels.
You utilize Room Cards to provide boosts to your train and apply Equipment Cards to units for battle bonuses. You visit the Covenant Outpost after each run for character interactions. You use Pyre Hearts to customize your run and advance the story. You complete Dimensional Challenges for mutators and rewards. You unlock parts for train customization.
