Description
Need For Speed Payback takes place in the underworld of Fortune Valley. You and your crew seek revenge against The House, a cartel controlling the city's criminals, casinos, and law enforcement. In this setting, you participate in heist missions, car battles, and set piece moments. You play as three distinct characters named Tyler, Mac, and Jess who share the goal of taking down the cartel.
You build and fine-tune vehicles using five car classes: Race, Drift, Off-Road, Drag, and Runner. You drive through canyons, mountains, and deserts while escaping police pursuit. The game features Risk vs Reward gameplay where you compete against rivals across the city. You can use Autolog recommendations to challenge others during events. You face police forces that increase in intensity during chases.
