Paranoid

Paranoid follows the story of Patrick Calman, a 31-year-old man dealing with the trauma of his parents' brutal deaths and his sister's disappearance over a decade ago. Patrick suffers from Paranoid Schizophrenia and lives in an apartment that has become his prison. When he receives a phone call from someone sounding like his sister, he must decide whether to stop taking his medication to investigate his neighbor or seek out his missing sibling.

The game is set in the late 80s and features intense, brutal combat using melee weapons and guns. You navigate realistic locations filled with hostile creatures and terrifying enemies. You solve puzzles and perform executions using weapons and the environment. The experience includes a multi-threaded storyline and two narrative paths that balance reality with paranoia.
