Description

Patch Quest takes place on Patchlantis, an ancient civilization reclaimed by nature. You explore a shifting maze filled with rugged terrain, booby-trapped ruins, and dangerous creatures. This island features a patchwork landscape that rearranges itself every night due to powerful storms. You navigate this treacherous environment by leaping, gliding, surfing, tunneling, and webslinging.

To survive, you use a Lasso to capture and tame any monster you encounter. You can mount more than 50 species, each possessing unique abilities like flying or swimming. By collecting monsters, plants, and minerals, you open shortcuts to travel deeper into the island. When you are defeated, you return to base camp. You must master your skills to overcome the bullet-hell combat and uncover the secrets behind the fall of Patchlantis.

Reviews

“The joy of discovery is simply very palpable and I genuinely found it difficult to put the controls down for long periods of time, which is just testament to how incomparably entertaining and well thought out the game's gameplay loop actually is” 8 – Gamereactor “Patch Quest is a game full of exploration and a huge variety of creatures and plants to collect. Just because it looks cute doesn’t mean it is easy, like other twin-stick shooters you will find yourself in bullet hell a lot!” 9 – Gamergrin “Cross Pokemon with The Binding of Isaac and you get this cheerily violent roguelike” PC Gamer
