Description
Possessor(s) is a fast-paced action side scroller featuring combat inspired by platform fighters. You play as Luca and her counterpart Rhem as they navigate a quarantined city destroyed and flooded by an interdimensional catastrophe. The game takes place across an interconnected sprawl of a mega-city, ranging from ruined skyscrapers to an abandoned aquarium. You must learn to co-exist to survive within this setting.
The world structure is open-ended, allowing you to choose multiple paths as you uncover the truth behind the disaster. You will encounter engaging characters with individual stories to follow. Gameplay focuses on precise platforming and movement abilities paired with tense combat. You balance ground and air attacks, including combos and juggles, against deadly enemies and bosses. You find and unlock powerful weapons and upgrades.
