Prison Tycoon Under New Management

Prison Tycoon Under New Management tasks you with constructing a complex correctional facility. You design every room, building, and path while managing the power grid and water systems. Your goal centers on rehabilitation, requiring you to send inmates to various therapies like hologram rooms, zero gravity rooms, and dance therapy. You must also maintain proper nutrition, exercise, and climate control for the residents.

You hire and promote expert staff to manage your facility. You design security by placing cameras, guards, and watchtowers to prevent night escapes and fights. You can select from five different climates, each presenting unique challenges. The game includes a room cloning tool to increase productivity. You monitor inmates to ensure they remain healthy and happy, focusing on redemption over punishment.
