Rue Valley

Rue Valley is a narrative adventure set in a small town. You play as a man stuck in a time loop. You must investigate the anomaly to find its origins while dealing with mental challenges. As you progress, you meet a cast of characters who have complex emotional stories and hidden secrets.

You craft your own personality in the game. You can act as an overthinking loner or a loudmouth who follows gut instincts. Your chosen personality shapes your dialogues and interactions. You store memories in a graph to unlock intentions and mindsets. You can experience personality-altering Status Effects, such as becoming outgoing when drunk or sensitive when anxious. You experiment with different answers and timelines because the loop restarts from the beginning.
