Description
In SCARLET NEXUS, you inhabit a Brain Punk future where technology and psychic abilities collide. A psionic hormone discovered in the human brain granted people extra-sensory powers, but also brought deranged mutants called Others. These creatures descend from the sky to consume human brains. You join the Other Suppression Force, humanity's final defense against this threat.
You choose between Yuito Sumeragi and Kasane Randall, elite psionics with individual reasons to fight. You use psychokinesis to lift, break, and throw objects from your environment to create attack combos against the Others. By completing both stories, you reveal the full narrative of this world. You explore a futuristic Japanese landscape inspired by classic anime and western science fiction. The game focuses on themes of courage, bonds, and heroism.
