Description
Steel Division 2 is a real-time strategy game set during the 1944 Eastern Front of World War II. You take command of an entire army during Operation Bagration, the Soviet offensive against Nazi forces in Bielorussia. The game features turn-based army management at a 1:1 scale and real-time tactical battles. You lead thousands of men across maps measuring up to 150x100 km.
You can act as a General in Dynamic Strategic Campaigns, a Colonel in tactical battles, or a Weapon Expert using the deck building system. You choose which battalions participate in combat, fighting them in real-time or using autoresolve. The game includes over 600 detailed units, such as the T-34 tank, the Katyusha rocket launcher, and the IL-2 aircraft. You deploy these across 25 different battlefields.
