Take On Mars

Take On Mars puts you at the center of humanity's mission to the Red Planet. You begin as a rover operator and progress to becoming the first human to step onto the surface. You explore rocky terrain and sandy wastes using a scientific arsenal to lead the exploration and colonization of the planet.

In the robotics campaign, you command landers, rovers, and probes to gather scientific data. You research new technologies to acquire equipment. As astronaut Mark Willis, you survive a failed descent and use your skills as a mechanical engineer to build machines to return home. You can also establish a human colony by extracting raw materials, refining compounds, and using a 3D printer for construction. You manage power grids, botany, and vehicles across locations based on real satellite data.
