Description
The Hungry Lamb: Traveling in the Late Ming Dynasty takes place in 1632 during the final days of the Ming Dynasty. You play as Liang, a bandit who accepts a job escorting four young girls from Huazhou to Luoyang. One girl named Sui reveals that the buyer is a thousand-year-old Swine Demon who eats children. Sui asks you to abandon the mission and help her kill the creature for revenge. You must navigate a world filled with famine, trafficking, and cannibalism.
The game features 160,000 words spanning 9 different endings where every choice matters. You will encounter characters like your greedy partner Tongue and an innkeeper who is an old friend. The visuals showcase researched Ming period clothing, architecture, and environments. The Swine Demon is a wealthy lord.
