Description

The Marvellous Miss Take is a heist adventure where you steal items from 25 art galleries. You play as one of three different thieves, each possessing unique skills and goals. Your objective involves grabbing loot and escaping without being caught by guards. You must use cunning, guile, and deception to avoid detection. You also employ gadgets to evade security cameras and gallery visitors who might raise an alarm if they see something suspicious.

The gameplay requires quick wits and reflexes as wandering guards determine their patrol routes on the fly. You do not wait in shadows; instead, you navigate a high-speed game of cat and mouse. There are no options for violence or takedowns. You must pilfer items while navigating multi-floored galleries to achieve a perfect ranking.

Reviews

“Their newly revealed light-footed mouse-controlled theft game… demonstrates that there is still the capacity for innovation in the stealth genre.” The Guardian (Will Freeman) “If you're a fan of the genre, you'd be remiss not to give it a try — it features a lot of classical stealth mechanics, all of which intertwine to create a surprisingly tense, challenging experience.” Polygon (Griffin McElroy) “Well worth a look if you’ve ever dreamed of not only being a master thief, but doing so in the kind of style that is only possible after hitting some high-end boutiques for a formal suit and flagrantly stylish new hat” Rock Paper Shotgun (Laura Kate Dale)
