The Shadow Government Simulator

The Shadow Government Simulator is a turn-based strategy game where you lead a shadow organization striving for global domination. Using bribery, seduction, and intimidation, you infiltrate nations to uncover power networks. You must identify influential individuals, learn their personality traits, and exploit their weaknesses to convert them to your cause. By managing these connections, you slowly take control of the elite.

As your organization grows, you must adapt by evolving unit abilities and tailoring your society with unique traits. You can unlock different factions like the Masons and the Templars, each with specific strengths and weaknesses. Global visibility increases your risk, as countries will unite against you and rival organizations appear. Each region features procedurally generated networks and unique modifiers that impact your progress.
