The Thaumaturge — Deluxe

The Thaumaturge is a character-driven RPG featuring a deep story, turn-based combat, and morally ambiguous choices. Set in a multicultural metropolis during the early 20th century, you play as Wiktor Szulski, a master of mystical arts. You must navigate a city undergoing massive change while managing your own pride. As a thaumaturge, you possess the ability to look into the minds of others to reveal their secret desires and emotions. You use these perception skills to solve investigations, interact with the criminal underground, and gain social influence.

You also command folklore-inspired demons known as salutors. You summon these creatures to manipulate enemies and gain strategic advantages in tactical, turn-based combat. Throughout the story, you meet historical figures like Rasputin and Tsar Nicholas II, alongside characters from Wiktor’s past. Your decisions shape the final outcome.
