Description
In Torchlight, you arrive at a settlement built upon the find of Ember. This rare ore possesses the ability to both enchant and corrupt. Due to the influence of this substance, groups of warped monsters are emerging from the caves and tunnels situated beneath the town. You select from three different heroes to enter these underground areas in search of glory and loot.
Your journey features seven environments that are randomly generated, ensuring you encounter different puzzles, items, monsters, and treasures during every trip. You can also take time to fish, which provides assistance for your travels. A loyal pet joins you to carry equipment and aid in combat. When you choose to retire your hero, you may pass on a valuable item with unique attributes to your next character.
