Description
Train Simulator: LGV Rhône-Alpes & Méditerranée Route Extension Add-On covers the rail line from Gare de Marseille-Saint-Charles to Lyon Gare de Lyon-Part-Dieu and Gare de Saint-Exupéry TGV. This extension provides 309 km of high-speed rail travel through the south of France. You operate TGV Duplex high-speed trains that reach speeds of 300 km/h, with some sections allowing up to 320 km/h.
The route utilizes the TVM430 in-cab signalling system for high-speed operations, while the classic approach into Marseille uses BAL signalling. The tracks connect the high-speed networks that serve Valence, Avignon, Aix-en-Provence, and Marseille. You traverse undulating, scenic terrain while managing speed information displayed directly within your cab. This route expansion builds upon the existing rail network to connect these major French cities.
