Description
In Windbound, you play as Kara, a warrior separated from her tribe during a fierce storm. You find yourself shipwrecked on the Forbidden Islands with no food, boat, or equipment. You must scavenge the island terrain for resources to survive in this mysterious environment. By crafting various tools and weapons, you hunt wild and fantastical creatures while defending yourself against the forces of nature.
As you explore these lands and investigate scattered ruins, you uncover secrets of the past and glimpses of the future. You build your own custom sailing vessel to navigate treacherous waters and travel between different islands. Each island features unique landscapes and diverse wildlife. You upgrade your boat to withstand tempestuous winds, monstrous waves, and deadly sea creatures while searching for a way home.
