Description
Over The Top: WWI is a shooter set during the Great War, featuring battlefields that are fully destructible. You can collapse buildings, destroy fortifications, dig anywhere, and reshape trenches. Explosions leave permanent changes to the environment, which affects sightlines, routes, and cover. You choose from three factions, France, Britain, or Germany, and select from eight distinct classes. Roles include an engineer, a rifleman, an officer who calls in airstrikes, or a pyromaniac flamethrower specialist.
You use a variety of equipment including poison gas, shovels, dynamite, machine guns, airplanes, and artillery. The game features a lineup of vehicles and experimental tanks. You can drive a tank with 10 other players inside. You also use items like baguettes or bagpipes. Maps are playable in different seasons and daytimes.
