Description
Rage is a first-person shooter set in the future following an asteroid impact on Earth. You emerge from a life-sustaining pod into a ravaged wasteland to find humanity attempting to rebuild. You must survive against bandit gangs, mutants, and the Authority, an oppressive government regime.
You engage in gunplay using an arsenal of exotic weapons and items like Wingsticks, personal turrets, sentry bots, and remote-controlled bomb cars. You also participate in vehicle combat across the wasteland in a customizable buggy. You can upgrade your vehicle with special parts, paint jobs, and weapons to battle bandit clans and join in deadly races. The world features unique characters and side quests to explore. The game is powered by the id Tech 5 engine.
